photo id

We got a photo ID for our little precious. We vacation soon & may need it.
I picked him up from school & headed to the closest DL & ID place next to the tag agency. The DMV had moved so we had to drive to the new location. We barely made it in the door before closing then we headed back to the tag agency. We made it in their door 1 min before closing. They were nice because
other locations would have said sorry come back tomorrow.

At the DMV they took all of our important paper, took his photo, & finger prints. At the tag agency they took the DMV paperwork, took his photo & finger prints. As a result they gave us the cutest little ID card you've ever seen.
Of course I'm biased, I'm his mom.

My little precious is not easy to photograph. He's a busy boy there is stuff to explore & he doesn't like to hold still for long.
The first place he looked away & the guy had to take the photo again.
At the second place another worker walked up & said something; this
caused my son to look at him. The lady taking the photo told the guy
jokingly to go away. She tried to photograph DS again & he had a hard
time looking directly in the camera. She said I'll give you some candy
if you look right here & small nice. He quickly sat up tall, widened his
eyes & said cheese. The photo turned out so cute. The lady & I laughed
at how quickly he obeyed when he would get candy.

A few days ago DS was saying mommy can you speed up. I said Do you
have a drivers licence if not let me drive. I took his ID card to put in
our lock box he said I want to put my drivers license in my wallet.

Um, from what I've saw last week, DS is very photogenic! We have similar ID cards here but I am so weird about it. I'm scared that if I get them for my two little ones, I will somehow come into a situation where I have to use and I couldn't handle someting happening to them. I don't know I guess is it a bit superstitous and ridiculous to feel that way but I do.

I'm not a scrapper but I hope to soon become a seamstress. Someone told me they were interested in buying my insurance agency today. I am hoping it goes through so that I can get in touch with my artsy-craftsy side!!
