1/3 c coconut oil
1 bag of mini marshmallows
6 c rice krispy
1/2 t butter flavoring
I coat my pan & spoon with oil. Pour oil in large saucepan, on low to med heat melt marshmallows. Slowly stir occasionally until all are melted, add flavoring. Add rice krispy & stir. I add 2 cups at a time. Spread mixture in pan. I cover w/ wax paper & press gently to level mixture.
Let cool, cut & eat.
I find the mini marshmallows melt faster than the large.

I keep meaning to try rice krispy treats with coconut oil. Sounds good!
I do add a little of liquid butter flavoring.
